Placing Your Order You may place your order by using our efficient web ordering system, or by simply calling us with your requirements.
Payment All orders placed with Paradox are to be paid for prior to delivery of the goods. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta and Switch debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account upon receipt of your order by Paradox. Paradox reserves the right to refuse your order in the event that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. All credit / debit card transactions on this website are processed using Actinic, a secure online payment gateway, as are any subsequent refunds.
Delivery Methods and Costs Paradox holds a large stock holding and we therefore endeavour to despatch goods within 5 working days, usually in a shorter time scale. If we are not able to do so, we will inform you, cancel the order if you wish and provide you with a full refund. Any delivery timescales are provided as an estimate and are subject to stock availability.

You will be requested to sign for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Moreover you shall be responsible for any items signed for at the delivery address you have provided, regardless if you have not signed for the parcel yourself. Paradox does not deliver to PO Box address points, so please ensure you provide a valid street address. Paradox cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond reasonable control. We firmly suggest that, upon receipt of your purchased goods, you inspect the goods and advise us if the delivered goods are not what you ordered or are faulty. If the carrier cannot deliver because of incorrect address or more than two delivery attempt we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee.
Returns Policy Paradox is committed to providing an unparalleled service, therefore we will happily exchange / refund footwear or accessories provided they are returned to us in the same perfect condition that they were despatched and in their complete undamaged packaging. Any items that are returned with markings that result in the goods becoming un-sellable will not be credited and you must arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned to you. In the unlikely event that an item delivered to you arrives faulty or damaged in transit please notify Paradox within 3 business days, so that we may arrange a replacement and the return of the faulty goods.
You have the right to cancel the order and return the goods which must be undertaken within 7 working days upon receiving the goods, Paradox reserves the right to refuse a cancellation outside of this time frame. We require all goods to be returned to Paradox within a further 3 business days, consequently please ensure any unwanted goods arrive back to Paradox within 10 business days of delivery with our returns form filled in. Goods received back outside of this time frame will not be refunded and you must arrange collection at your expense to have the goods returned to you. It is recommended that all returned goods are set with a secure insured mail service to ensure that the goods arrive back within the return time frame. Paradox will not be held responsible for missing items returned to us. Should your item fail to deliver with your selected carrier, you will be responsible for contacting your mail carrier and issuing a claim. Unfortunately Paradox will not refund postage and packaging unless the items are found to be faulty and are being replaced. Should you require solely a refund, we are not able to refund the delivery costs, only the value of the unwanted goods that are being returned to Paradox. Refunds will be given using the same method originally used to purchase the goods minus the cost of postage and packaging. Please allow 10 working days from the date we receive the returned goods for your refund to be completed. You will receive an e-mail to notify you of when the refund has completed.
In order to exchange / refund an item please complete the returns form enclosed with your goods. Clearly annotate on the returns form that you require an exchange / refund and if applicable what colour / size / style you would like to replace your goods. Return the goods using the address label enclosed. When returning an item for an exchange, you will receive one free exchange postage to despatch the new item unless it has been subsequently returned. This exchange policy only applies to UK orders, overseas exchanges will be charged at the standard applicable rate. Delivery of all exchanges is generally within a week of receipt of the unwanted goods.
Paradox implements the highest levels of quality control. Any shoes returned with evidence of being worn without foot socks or scuffed soles due to trying on a non-carpeted surface are not deemed suitable for return. Care must be taken when trying on the footwear, any item returned not in the perfect condition it was despatched will not be credited.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Please note that the use of this site and its terms and conditions are governed by UK law. We have taken every care to explain our terms and conditions in accordance with the EU distance selling regulations and the Data protection act.
